Greetings Friends ~
A song I play on my Sunday morning radio show is addressed to the Lord and begins with these words, “How can I say thanks for all you have done for me.” We are so grateful to the Lord for all He has done for us. And, we want to say a special “thank you” to our financial and prayer partners. Your faithfulness allows us to continue to follow the Lord’s directions for our lives.
It is hard to believe that we are well into summer and that fall is just two months away. Because of the unsettledness mandated for out of the country travel, for now, we have chosen to restrict our travel to the states. We have enjoyed day trips, connecting with pastors and with missionaries who are home on furlough.
I still lead Partnership Development Training [support raising] for FMI. Recently I was in Folsom, CA with an incredible group of dedicated Area Coaches who continue to be a support and encouragement to me. We are continuing to refine the coaching and training process.
This year I have traveled to Los Angeles, Marysville, Gainesville, Orlando [for Connection] and Seattle, where I met with Pastor Tien and his church, sharing about the heart of God.
I have trips 4 different trips scheduled for the rest of summer; three to northern California one to Montana.
We love summer’s early mornings. Nancy and I sit on our front porch and begin our day with coffee and conversation. The way she thinks and shares inspires my day. It is the thing I miss most when I travel without her.
We continue to be in awe of The Father’s goodness in providing for our needs; not only financially but physically and mentally as well.
In the midst of all my of “doing” the thing that we are discovering is that “being” with Jesus is the source of our joy and strength. Our hope is that you to are finding the incredible life-giving joy found only in time with Jesus.
